- Reschedule maximum 30 days before trip
- Due to force majeure, trip will be rescheduled or itinerary will be changed for passenger’s safety
- Force majeure include natural disasters, bad weather, riot, disease outbreak and government regulations
- Delayed flight that cause guest arriving late at the meeting point will be assumed as “no show”, and no refund for that. When arriving late, guest can still take speed boat on their own expenses to join the trip
